Officieuze verklaring, spinazie-soep



300 gram spinazie, van Appie


1 rode ui, Aldi.
Verse knoflook, ik heb n tube, Tex-mex, Appie.                                
1 groente-bouillon-tablet, Aldi.
zout
peper
Benodigdheden: staaf-mixer, was maar, een tientje bij, Big Bazaar!

 Het =, niet heel, moeilijk: je mietert, de spinazie, groente-bouillon-tablet, rode ui, beetje knof-look,  zout, peper (naar smaak, ik kookte, altijd op gevoel). Water tot-dat, de spinazie, bijna onder-staat. Staaf-mixeren, tot een gladde soep, ontstaat. Begin pas, met staaf-mixeren, als de, staaf-mixer, onder het vocht, =, anders zit de hele, keuken onder.

 Noe, deed ik, dus vroeger, altijd zalm-filet, in de, soep. Van de week, zat er stibine over. Volgens mij, zit er, tegen-woordig, altijd stibine over vis. Als variatie, kunnen er, pijnboom-pitjes, & brie over/ in.
